Heal yourself, heal the world with positive energy

I have notebooks full of ideas for a book, but they are not exactly organized. One page has a story idea, another has dialogue, and another has a rough chapter outline. I know there is something good in there, but putting it together feels overwhelming. I started looking into custom ghostwriting services. Has anyone given a writer a messy collection of notes like this? Were they able to find the main story? I would love to know how much direction you had to provide.

I found out this week that several documents I have need to be translated for an upcoming process. I first thought I could do them myself, but some of the wording is much harder than I expected. Now I am thinking about whether to pay someone to translate documents. Has anyone done this before? Did you send scanned copies or typed files? Also, how did you know the person understood the important details? Any advice would help because this is my first time dealing with document translation.
